As one of Aspen's premier caterers, serving the Roaring Fork Valley, Fusion also loves to take cooking on the road, from dinners at Beard House in New York, West Coast Wineries and Guest Chef dinners at well known Restaurants, as well as travel the country cooking in private homes for clients on long weekend retreat getaways. All foods are of the highest quality available, local and organic when possible, freshly prepared and exquisitely presented and served plated, buffet or family style.
 
Fusion's large commercial kitchen with an inspirational view of Mount Sopris, is licensed, insured and located at the Dragonfly Ranch. Co-ordination of event, staffing, rentals, music, flowers and transportation available.
